Terms:
In the interest of safe and secure purchasing , we choose to use Pay Pal for the majority of our transactions.
We accept all major credit cards, e-cheque and we can invoice by email.
Personal cheques, company cheques or Bank Transfer is another option, contact us for more details.
Orders will not be shipped until payment has been cleared and a receipt issued.
Damaged goods and Refunds:
All claims for damage goods must be received by Westalee Design Pty Ltd within 10 days of receipt of goods. We will require the damaged goods are returned to us to enable us to find the cause and prevent future claims.
Goods returned for refund or exchange will be processed within 7 days of their receipt. The goods must be in good condition and in their original packaging.
Refund requests for goods that have been made to order or personally etched goods, will not be accepted.

All pricing is subject to change without notice.
Orders:
Orders will be shipped within two days of the funds being cleared by Pay Pal or our bank. We will ensure that the best method of shipping is chosen to have your goods arrive in good condition. All purchasers will receive confirmation of their order and a receipt.
